As we age, the combined forces of gravity and constant use of the eyelid muscles cause the skin around our eyebrows to sag, creating a tired and listless look. In women, the graceful arc of the eyebrow is replaced by one that appears flat and heavy. Deep creases and furrows that project a harsh or stern appearance may also appear.
A browlift elevates the sagging portions of the eyebrows and restores a youthful and refreshed appearance. The muscles between the eyebrows, which produce harsh "frown lines", can also be released in a browlift to create a softer look.
Dr. Fata uses a special technique known as the endoscopic browlift, which eliminates the need for long scars in the scalp. The estimated total cost for a browlift is $4,111 which includes the surgeon's fee ($2350+$275), the surgery center fee, the anesthesiologist's fee ($1,486), and all follow-up care by Dr. Fata. In the case of multiple procedures, a discount may be applied. The exact cost can for browlift surgery can only be determined after meeting with Dr. Fata and the $50 consult fee will be deducted from the total.
