When you call to schedule an appointment, you will speak with one of our two Patient Coordinators: Donette and Cecelia. You will find them both personable and knowledgeable, and their expressed purpose is to assist you in any way that they can so that your first interaction with our office is both smooth and pleasant.
We are one of the last remaining offices that do not use an automated phone system, so when you make that phone call you will get a live person on the other end. This is just one of the many "little things" we do to make your experience a personal one. You will find that the atmosphere is warm and relaxed, professional but not stuffy.
Your consultation will begin with a short information session with one of our Patient Coordinators to help acclimate you to our office, but the majority of your time will be spent with Dr. Fata in a one-on-one consultation. Our goal is that by the end of your consultation, you will have a full understanding of any procedures in which you have expressed an interest. We also hope that you will see how the professional expertise and personal attention that you will receive separates our practice from the rest of the pack.
