This patient is a 34 year-old woman who lost breast volume and felt that her breasts were deflated after breastfeeding. Examination showed that she had lost breast volume preferentially above the nipple (upper pole) and she was a good candidate for breast augmentation with silicone implants. She underwent breast augmentation placing the implants under the muscle using Moderate Plus profile 325 cc silicone implants. She went from a 34B to a 34C cup size. She is shown before and 1 & 1/2 years after surgery.

This patient first came to Dr. Fata at the age of 36 after having had 2 children, both of whom were breastfed. After a clinical evaluation, Dr. Fata found that she had constricted breasts in the area below the nipple.
