This patient was a 35 year-old woman who breast fed 3 children and presented with concerns regarding breast asymmetry and sagging. Clinical examination confirmed the findings of breast sagging and asymmetry with the right side being larger than the left. I recommended breast lift and augmentation with 350cc siilicone implants and a very small reduction on the right to improve symmetry. She is shown before and 5 years after surgery to show that the effects of the lift were long-lasting.
