This patient had breast asymmetry (difference in size from right to left) and mild sagging. She had saline breast augmentation with implants placed below the muscle for her breast augmentation. A 375 cc implant was placed in her left breast, and a 325 cc breast implant was placed in her right breast. The resulting cup size change was 34B to 36C.
