This patient presented requesting correction of breast sagging. Note that the right nipple is pointing downward and that there is no visible skin below the nipples in the front view. She had the vertical technique breast lift leaving a only a "lollipop" shaped scar. She is seen before and 3 months Post Op and the scars are already beginning to fade.
